Introduction

Our Online Exclusive courses (also known as closed courses) allow company organisations to offer certification training exclusively for their employees or authorised representatives, such as their respective customers or partners, etc.,

 

The Benefits

1. Make the course exclusive for your authorised representatives only

2. Choose any time zone for course delivery.

3. Depending on the number of students, 'Online (Exclusive)' can become financially more cost-efficient compared with Online (Public).

4. The opportunity to adjust the start and finish times as necessary (based on a minimum of 7-hours of online, virtual classroom per day (inclusive of breaks).

5. The option to use your own in-house online platform (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom etc.,) Our standard is Cisco WebEx accessed via the app or browser.

Payment

Invoices are issued upon completion of course delivery, with payment due within 30 days from the invoice date.

Online (Exclusive) invoices are itemised as follows:

• "Course Delivery (Fixed) Price" (this is our fixed charge for instructor delivery regardless of number of students attending).

• "Per Student Price" (this relates to the number of students attending).

Cancellation Terms

• Course cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking before the course starts without any charges. Once the course begins, the customer will be liable for the agreed fixed price.

• Student Cancellations: Customers can cancel a student booking anytime before the course starts without any charges. At course commencement, the customer will be liable for the Per Student Price. If a student does not attend or complete the course, they can join an Online (Public) course at no extra cost if they have a valid exam voucher (including a retake).

Student Exam Retakes

In the event a student fails their exam first exam attempt, as highlighted above, a free exam retake (known as Take2) is included. In such an event, students can attend an Online (Public) course free of charge on the basis they have a valid retake exam voucher.
