The Course

Fully aligned with examination syllabus, this self-paced course has been thoughtfully structured and designed into clear, manageable lessons, guiding students (step-by-step) through the content.  With repeatable lessons, visual and audio key points, knowledge tests, and a self paced approach enables students to progress at their own pace – not the pace of a classroom. In addition, students have the option to attend any ITSM Assist prescheduled Foundation (Version 5) online virtual classroom course free of charge. Please note, students can either attend the full course or elect to drop in and out to suit if preferred.
