Prerequisite

Candidates MUST already be registered with PeopleCert and currently hold ITIL v4 Foundation certification. This is a bridging course complete with exam and only valid for those who currently hold ITIL v4 certification.

Please Note: Candidates holding ITIL 4 Foundation certification are eligible to progress though the ITIL Version 5 certification scheme, i.e., such candidates DO NOT require ITIL Foundation (Version 5). The purpose of this Bridging course/exam is for those candidates holding ITIL v4 Foundation certification and in the short-term do not want to progress further through the ITIL Version 5 certification scheme however in the meantime, want to become ITIL Foundation (Version 5) certified.
