The Course

ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) FAST TRACK is designed so that students can achieve ITIL 4 MP certification within 2-weeks. Whilst exam vouchers are valid for 12-months from the date of issue and resits (retakes) valid for 6-months following the first exam respectively, and equally whilst students can take these exams at a time of their own choosing, this course is structured to prepare students to take all required exams during the 2-week course period.

Course Schedule

Week 1

• Day 1 and 2: CDS online course delivery
• Day 3: Offline personal revision with online tuition when needed, plus potential 'window' to take the exam.
• Day 4 and 5: DPI online course delivery
• Day 6: Half-day offline personal revision with online tuition when needed, plus potential 'window' to take the exam.

Week 2

• Day 7 and 8: DSV course delivery
• Day 9:Offline personal revision with online tuition when needed, plus potential 'window' to take the exam.
• Day 10 and 11 HVIT course delivery
• Day 12: Half-day offline personal revision with online tuition when needed, plus potential 'window' to take the exam.

Exam

All exams are taken online directly with PeopleCert (the Axelos examination institute) at a time and location of the student's choosing. Students will require a computer with webcam facility and internet connection. The first exam voucher is valid for 12-months and the resit (if needed) is valid for 6-months following the first exam.

• Each exam format: Closed book, 90-minutes duration based on 40 multiple choice questions with 1 mark awarded for each correct answer. 28 marks are required to pass, equating to 70%

Certificates

• Certificates are issued directly by PeopleCert (the official Axelos examination institute) in electronic format. Hard copy certificates can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
