Whilst this session is fast-paced, Trevor will present a thorough and clear overview of the ITIL 4 Foundation examinable topics complete with explanations.  Students will be able to interact with a host of knowledge test questions and have the opportunity to ask questions and/or seek further clarification, or if preferred, simply observe.
