Prerequisite
ITIL v4 Foundation certification. 
 
Please note: Delegates with ITIL 4 Foundation certification do not need to obtain ITIL Foundation (Version 5) certification to progress through the ITIL Version 5 certification scheme. The ITIL Foundation Bridge (v4 to v5) course is to enable delegates to transition to ITIL Foundation (Version 5) without the need to progress further through the certification scheme.
 
The Course
Fully aligned with examination syllabus, this course has been thoughtfully structured and designed into clear, manageable lessons, guiding students (step-by-step) through the content.  With repeatable lessons, visual and audio key points, knowledge tests, and a self paced approach enables students to progress at their own pace – not the pace of a classroom (see Course syllabus).
 
What's Included?
Although candidates will receive access to the full ITIL Foundation (Version 5) Self-paced certification course, this course will highlight which chapters and lessons directly relate to the bridging syllabus and exam. The purpose of providing full content is to offer candidates the option to refresh accordingly.

Exam
Fully inclusive with a free exam retake (Take2) taken online directly with PeopleCert (the official examination institute) at a time and location of the student's choosing. Students will require a computer with webcam facility and internet connection. The first exam voucher is valid for 12-months from the date of issue, and the exam retake (if needed) is valid for 6-months following the first exam attempt. The exam format: Closed book, 30-minutes duration based on 20 multiple choice questions with 1 mark awarded for each correct answer. 13 marks are required to pass equating to 65%,.
 
Certificates
Certificates are issued directly by PeopleCert in electronic format. Hard copy certificates can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
 
Enrollment
Details to access the course will be provided within 24-hours of order placement, and where students will receive the official PeopleCert exam voucher emailed directly by PeopleCert (the owners of ITIL and examination institute).
