ITIL 4 Foundation eLearning

  • Exam

    The online exam voucher will be valid for 12-months from the date of issue. A free exam retake is included valid for 6-months following the first exam attempt. The exam will be online direct with the examination institute (EI), PeopleCert®. The exam will comprise of:

    • 40 x multiple choice questions
    • 1 x mark awarded for each correct answer
    • 26 marks required to pass (65%)
    • 60-minutes duration (1-hour)
    • Closed book


    • There are no prerequisites to take this exam.
