Exam

Fully inclusive with a free exam retake (Take2) for each exam taken online directly with PeopleCert (the official examination institute) at a time and location of the student's choosing. Students will require a computer with webcam facility and internet connection. The main exam vouchers are valid for 12-months from the date of issue, and the exam retakes (if needed) are valid for 6-months following the first exam attempt. Both exams are Open book. The Managing Professional Transition exam comprises of 60 x multiple choice questions, based on 120-minutes exam duration with a pass mark of 42 marks (70%) - 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer. The Transformation exam is 90-minutes duration based on 40 multiple choice questions with 1 mark awarded for each correct answer. 28 marks are required to pass equating to 70%,.

Certificates

Certificates are issued directly by PeopleCert in electronic format. Hard copy certificates can be provided upon request at an additional cost.

Enrolment

Details to access the course will be provided within 24-hours of order placement, and where students will receive the official PeopleCert exam voucher emailed directly by PeopleCert (the owners of ITIL and examination institute).
