MN0002: Onboarding - role inventories

Employees of an organisation learn their role and thus become proficient in that role. But what happens when employee leave the organisation? Okay, organisations may have defined tasks and responsibilities however, new employees are typically faced with the challenge of starting over again in terms of filling in the gaps understanding the intimacy of the role, in other words reaching such an expected proficiency! It would be a good idea to introduce role specific inventories. This could include definitive actions, grey areas for actions, methods of working, knowledge articles/scripts, etc.,
