Free of Charge ITIL® Advice & Consultancy

Those who have read my previous articles will know that I place far more emphasis on “walking the walk” as opposed to just “talking the talk”.

So, how many times have you wanted to understand or clarify something to find there are few places where you can get an honest, accurate, practical and unbiased answer without either being faced with a price tag, or a textbook answer that lacks context and relevancy? This is the reason why most of us turn to freely available resources such as Google and YouTube etc., in order to try and make sense of things, hence the reason why we are on YouTube. However, these resources do not test the true capability of the provider, and it is exactly this that I want to do! You (the consumer) want to verify the provider’s capability, credibility and worth before you engage with the provider. So, I want to engender this confidence in order that you can establish 100% faith in ITSM Assist when it comes to potential future engagements. Whether such an engagement relates to ITIL 4 certification training as eLearning (MP4-video), Onsite (classroom) or Online (live) or Branding ITIL within the workplace?

With this in mind, I am trialling for 3-months a totally FREE of Charge ITIL Advice and Consultancy Service, and if successful, will not only continue with this service but will continue this service free of charge.

I am offering to everyone (both business organisations and individuals) a walk-in, fully interactive one-to-one private online live chat session with myself completely free of charge – e.g. the very person who delivers our ITIL products and services, thus the “proof is in the pudding” as to speak. The service will be executed using Cisco WebEx (free to guests).

This service will be available every Thursday between 18:30 hrs and 20:30 hrs and every Friday between 10:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs starting on the 26th March. Alternatively, you can prearrange a mutually agreed convenient time and day accordingly.

Visitors can ask questions or prompt discussions regarding any ITIL-related topic without a price tag or any expectation such as:

  • Details and solutions regarding our products and services?

  • Designing and/or implementing ITIL methodologies within the workplace
