ITIL v5 Foundation

​ITIL Foundation certification is a prerequisite to progress through the certification scheme accordingly.

Note: ITIL v4 FND certification also qualifies to progress through the new ITIL v5 certification scheme accordingly.


ITIL v5 Master 

​There are 3 x designations with a view of achieving ITIL v5 Master certification.

​

  • ITIL v5 Practice Manager (PM)

  • ITIL v5 Managing Professional (MP)

  • ITIL v5 Strategic Leader (SL)

 

Students who achieve all 3 x designations will automatically become certified at ITIL v5 Master level. 

Note: Delegates who currently hold ITIL v4 Master certification can undertake a transition course and exam to become ITIL v5 Master certified.

ITIL v5 Practice Manager Designation

​To achieve the ITIL v5 Practice Manager designation, students must become certified in one of the three practice bundles (categories) plus ITIL Transformation as highlighted below.

    1. Monitor, Support and Fulfil (MSF)

    or​

    2. Plan, Implement and Control (PIC)

    or​

    3. Collaborate, Assure and Improve (CAI)

    plus​

  • ITIL Transformation

 

Students who achieve certification in one of the ITIL v5 Practice Manager modules (either MSF or PIC or CAI) modules and equally obtain certification in "ITIL Transformation" will automatically become ITIL v5 Practice Manager certified. 

Note: Delegates who currently hold ITIL v4 Practice Manager certification will need to obtain "ITIL Transformation" certification to become ITIL v5 Practice Manager certified.

 

ITIL v5 Managing Professional Designation

​To achieve the ITIL v5 Managing Professional designation, students must become certified in all four modules listed below.

​

  1. ITIL Product

  2. ITIL Service

  3. ITIL Experience

  4. ITIL Transformation

​

Students who achieve certification in all 4 x modules highlighted above will automatically become ITIL v5 Managing Professional certified. 

Note: Delegates who currently hold ITIL v4 Managing Professional certification can undertake a transition course and exam to become ITIL v5 Managing Professional certified.


ITIL v5 Strategic Leader Designation

To achieve the ITIL v5 Strategic Leader designation, students must become certified in the two modules listed below.

  • ITIL Strategy

  • ITIL Transformation

​

Students who achieve certification in both modules highlighted above will automatically become ITIL v5 Strategic Leader certified. 

Note: Delegates who currently hold ITIL v4 Strategic Leader certification will need to obtain "ITIL Transformation" certification to become ITIL v5 Strategic Leader certified.


ITIL AI Governance

This is a complimentary certification, "ITIL Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance", deemed as an extension module.
