Open Online ITIL (otherwise known as public courses): These instructor-led courses are delivered in a virtual classroom and attended by students from multiple company organisations and where pricing is based on a per-student basis. Other service options include "Hire Me Online or Onsite" or PeopleCert's very own Self-paced eLearning+" courses.
